Bromelid Neoregelia

Description

Neoregelia bromeliads are grown for their rosettes of glossy leaves that flush brilliant color toward the center when given enough light. As epiphytes from the Brazilian rainforest, they naturally grow on trees and appreciate airy, well-draining conditions.

Bright, indirect light produces the most intense coloring, and the central cup can hold a little fresh water while the mix is allowed to dry between waterings. Non-toxic, striking, and undemanding — an easy way to bring color indoors.
