Description
Monstera dubia is unlike any other Monstera in its juvenile form: its small, heart-shaped leaves lie flat and overlap against a surface like shingles, banded with silvery variegation. As it matures and climbs, the leaves enlarge and develop the fenestrations Monsteras are known for.
It wants bright, indirect light and a flat support like a board or slab to shingle against, plus soil that’s kept lightly moist. High humidity helps. Toxic to pets if ingested. A genuine collector’s curiosity.
